Advancing Orchestral and Choral Arts, Supporting Young Talent and International Collaboration
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Large-Scale Measures for the Further Development of the Spheres of Culture, Art and Literature,” the proposal to establish creative associations in the fields of culture, art, and literature was approved. In accordance with Section II of the Decree, “Implementation of a New System for Identifying Talents in the Field,” the establishment of creative associations is предусмотрено. Since June 18, 2026, the Creative Association of Orchestras and Choirs has officially commenced its full-scale activities.
Our mission
Our mission is to develop orchestral and choral art in Uzbekistan systematically, to grow young people’s interest in classical music, and to support artists and emerging talent. By expanding international cooperation, we aim to bring the country’s finest orchestras and choirs to the world stage and strengthen the standing of Uzbek musical art internationally.
Organisational objectives
Systematically develop and coordinate the activities of orchestras and choirs
Organize national and international competitions, festivals, and concerts
Identify and support young talent and foster their professional development
Develop international cooperation and creative ties with foreign music organizations
Organize educational programs, master classes, and professional training for musicians
